Residential real estate transaction coordinator
– Managing all details of pending sales including review of all paperwork, coordinating with lender and title company, ordering title insurance and survey, coordinating the closing, problem solving for any issues that come up in any of those steps.
– Basic accounting for the JulieGR Team and JGR Real Estate.
– Answering phones and interacting with clients.
Full time position, Monday-Friday 9-5
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, focused, fast-paced, customer service oriented, prioritized time management, cool under pressure and friendly with excellent communication skills.
Previous experience as a loan processor, real estate assistant, or executive assistant is helpful but not required.
Wages are hourly plus profit sharing, commensurate with experience.
