STAGING

How your home is staged plays a major role in the marketing of your home. Most buyers look at photos first and if they like what they see, they schedule a showing to see your home in person to make sure the actual house matches the photos.

The tricky part can be knowing where to start and figuring out which repair or update will have the most impact on a buyer’s decision to make an offer. If you’re selling your home soon, considering updating a room in your home, or interested in selling within the next few years, I will gladly meet with you (at no cost) to help you decide what to work on and what will make the biggest difference for buyers and give you the biggest return on your sale.

How does it work?

We will reach out to schedule your staging consultation. We can meet in person, or via Zoom, FaceTime, etc. It does help to see your home, but we are happy to chat over the phone if that works best for you.

You can prep for the consultation by having specific questions/concerns/ideas in mind for Julie or simply start from scratch by having Julie make recommendations based on your specific needs and desired outcomes.
